And then leave me a very sweet comment stating how much you love my blog! I FINALLY updated this darn thing and lost the entire post! So I just neglected my toddler and baby boy for over an hour for nothing. Geez! Typepad is NOT a free blogging site, so I am NOT a happy camper right now.
{Breathing deep, counting to 10, going for a walk, eating a donut}
Ok. I'm back. As I was saying, before I was so rudely erased from cyberspace we've been incredibly busy lately, mostly by choice, and I haven't had much time to update things on here. I LOVE going back and browsing through all my old posts, so I know I'll regret it if I don't keep this up. So...
Here are my Favorite Redskin Fans (If you need an explanation of why this is so, email me.) ;)
Our New Baby Calf, somewhat camouflaged.
Playing in the chilly Guadalupe
Kenedy and Brady
Sweet Little Maddie
Garrison said he'd join 'em next year!
We LOVE going to the horse races at Retama Park in SA. The girls love "betting" on the races, Hudson loves watching the tractors plow the track, not to mention getting to run wild, and Garrison just loves being outside, so it's fun for all of us. Momo is teaching the girls how to pick the winners. And she knows what she's talking about!
Doing the YMCA with all the other kiddos!
We went to the Comal County Fair with Momo, Mary & Maddie and Kristi, Brad, Alex & Avery. Always a fun time!
These next two just make me smile!
Hadyn is a bit afraid of heights!
Homecoming Night at Canyon Lake High
Garrison did not like the hollering one bit!
More Fun at the Guadalupe
Back to the Races! This time we talked Alex & Avery into joining us!
Studying...
Garrison's horse must've come in last.
Hud's Favorite Part, the Tractors
Time for the YMCA again!
And this is where I lost my camera. We went to the Exotic Zoo Ranch in Johnson City. A MUST do if you live in this area. Tons of fun! Kristi covered for me and kept us well documented. See her post here. We had so much fun with the goats in the petting zoo, that I went back and got us a few. The kids were excited!
Next up, the NB Children's Museum. Kristi, Avery, Alex, Mary and Maddie met us there. We had a lot of fun! Not many pictures, though, because we were doing a lot of chasing!
The Snake Farm happened to be visiting that day and Hudson made a new friend! That thing was huge!
Long Day...
Kenedy and Hadyn participated in the Cheer Clinic again at Canyon Lake High. They love it!
Some of their fans. (I say "some" because my new camera was a dud and only a few of the pictures I took looked half-way decent. :( It went back to Best Buy the next day.)
Cousin Blaire is a cheerleader this year!
That about does it! We also had two family reunions at the ranch. We all had a blast! Unfortunately, I didn't get many pictures because it's near impossible to keep up with all of the kiddos, while keeping up with a camera. And as I always say at the end of my posts... hopefully I'll do better updating from here on out. We shall see...
Thanks for updating....twice!!! I'm impressed. I think I would have quit. But your viewing public is VERY appreciative!!
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with your determination! I know how hard it can be to keep up with these things, but I love reading your posts. In our busy Mom world it's sometimes the best way to keep up with each other. It looks like you've been busy and keeping those kiddos on their toes. I especially love the Hudson/Tractor ones because my little dude is exactly the same way. Got to love them boys!
ReplyDeleteWow, you are one amazing mom!!! Taking your kids to all the cool places; lucky kids!! Your kids are sooooo cute!!!!
